Horrible, way to salty very disapointing. We have been using a slow cooker for years making pulled brisket. My wife came across this and we cooked for 8 hrs and it smelt good. I could not wait to taste it. Blah, the salty tast was overpowering, I could not eat it. Wast of time and money.

This recipes is easy to do. It makes alot so it is good to serve at a party. When I make it, it seems like it is a hit everytime. I serve it with corn on the cob and bake beans.

We liked it so much we added it to our monthly family menu. To make it 5 stars, add a little Sweet Baby Rays BBQ sauce. = P

This was easy and delicious. I seasoned the meat (center cut loin) with garlic powder, cayan pepper and injected a little apple cider into the meat before placing in slow cooker - a great meal for a lot of people without the big cost
